JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present misc. appeal has been filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 against the judgment and award dated 09.09.2008 passed by the learned Judge, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bali for enhancement of award.

(2.) I have heard the learned counsel for the appellants and considered the documents forming part of the instant appeal.

(3.) In my opinion, no error has been committed by the learned Tribunal while passing the award of Rs.1,22, 000/-.
