JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners have been arrested in connection with F.I.R. No. 177/2011, registered at Police Station, Shahpura, Bhilwara for the offences under Sections 143, 452, 323, 354 and 504 I.P.C.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Public Prosecutor and perused the case diary.

(3.) Counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegations of the complainant regarding injuries having been inflicted on his wife has not been corroborated by the medical report. He further submits that only non-bailable offence now in the matter is Section 452 I.P.C. and the petitioners are in custody for nearly one month.
