JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case diary.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were in possession of the land in question for the last about 30 years and a false case has been made out against the petitioners.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the matter has been investigated completely and the police has prepared the charge sheet against the petitioners for various offences under Sections 447, 379 read with Sec. 34 I.P.C. and Sec. 3(5) of the SC/ST Act.
