JUDGEMENT

(1.) ISSUE notice. Shri Rajendra Yadav, learned Government Counsel accepts notice.

(2.) THIS parole petition has been filed by the Petitioner for his release on parole of ten days on the ground that her mother is going to be operated and there is nobody to attend her in the hospital.

(3.) WE are of the considered view that Petitioner is not entitled for extension of period of parole in view of the fact that he has been released for sufficient period on parole.
