JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the appellant.

(2.) The intra Court appeal is directed against order dated 11.10.2011 passed by learned Single Bench, whereby writ petition filed by the appellant with regard to admission in MBBS Course has been dismissed.

(3.) Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner-appellant is that the appellant secured 461 marks, but he was denied admission whereas one Mr. Nupur Jolly, who secured only 460 marks, has been given admission by respondent-college. He, therefore, submitted that action of the respondents in ignoring the claim of more meritorious candidate should be set aside.
