JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) THE corpus Bhanwar Kanwar was produced on 2.2.2011 by Shri Kalyan Mal, Dy. Superintendent of Police, Pokaran who was accompanied by Shri Mangi Lal, S.H.O., Phalsund. Learned public prosecutor submitted that the statement of corpus had not been recorded. THErefore, this Court on 2.2.2011 directed that the statements of corpus Bhanwar Kanwar be recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. as well as Section 164 Cr.P.C. This Court also directed to keep the corpus in Nari Niketan, Jodhpur and she was allowed to meet with the parents looking to the allegations levelled by the petitioners.
