KAUSHALIYA Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Public Prosecutor as well as counsel for the complainant and perused the case diary.

(2.) No specific injury has been inflicted by the present applicant. Present petitioner is a lady. Co-accused has already been released on bail. All the injuries to the victim are simple.

(3.) Without going into the merits of the case, I deem it proper to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant under Sec. 438, Cr.P.C.
