JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the appellant.

(2.) In this appeal, injured appellant has prayed for enhancement of the compensation awarded to him by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Banswara in the sum of Rs.2,21,000/- along with interest at the rate of 9 percent.

As per evidence on record, for the injuries sustained by the appellant in the accident which occurred on 27.08.2009 at about 10.30 P.M. in the night when he was travelling upon motor-cycle No.RJ-03/4M/4784. In that accident, the appellant received injuries upon right leg, right shoulder and one of the fingers of2 hand. Due to those injuries, the appellant suffered 30% permanent disability and the Tribunal, after taking into consideration entire facts and expenses incurred by the appellant in the treatment, allowed claim of Rs.2,21,000/- to the appellant.
