(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.
(2.) PETITIONER has preferred this writ petition to issue an appropriate writ, order of direction to the respondents to issue provisional admission card of the petitioner to appear in the examination of Rajasthan Judicial Service Examination, 2011, which is going to take place tomorrow i.e. 21.12.2011.
(3.) MR . S.N. Mumawat, learned counsel for the R.P.S.C. submitted that as and when complete application form is submitted online, I.D. number is allotted immediately for the purpose of reference for all other future correspondences in respect to applicant with the R.P.S.C. and for the purpose of issuing admission card also. The petitioner contacted the respondents and he was informed that no I.D. number was allotted to him, which shows that no complete application form was submitted by petitioner online. Even if, he submitted his application form online, it was incomplete and because of incomplete application form, I.D. number could not be allotted to him, which will show that respondent has not received the application form of the petitioner, therefore, it is not possible to issue any admission card to petitioner at this stage. He further submitted that so far as token number is concerned, it is only a proof for payment of application form and nothing more. It does not prove that application form sent by the petitioner was received in the office of the R.P.S.C.
