JUDGEMENT

(1.) NOBODY is present for the Petitioner. Nobody was present for the Petitioner on 25.04.2011 also. This writ petition, filed way back on 02.11.2010, has remained pending for admission; and it appears that the Petitioner had lost interest in prosecuting this writ petition.

(2.) EVEN otherwise, there appears no reason to continue with this writ petition any further. In this petition, the Petitioner, stating his grievance against harassment and violation of fundamental rights in the name of investigation in F.I.R. No. 439 dated 21.09.2010, Police Station Pratapnagar, Jodhpur, has prayed for the reliefs in the following terms:
