JUDGEMENT

(1.) On behalf of the petitioner Lalit Kumar, an application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to issue a No Objection Certificate in favour of the petitioner for obtaining a Passport.

(2.) The brief facts of the case are that the present petitioner was convicted by the learned Addl.District & Sessions Judge( Fast Track) , Udaipur in Criminal Case No.70/2001 in relation to FIR No.46/2000 under section 498-A, 304-B and 306 IPC and sentenced as under :-

In the petition filed by the petitioner it is stated that the petitioner is running a business in the name and style of Firm M/s Tripura Chemicals at Bedla, Thor Road, Udaipur (Rajasthan) and he manufactures copper sulphate (Neela Thotha). The petitioner is running his business at Udaipur and for the development of his business he wants to deal with the firm JING CHING INTERNATIONAL, having its head office at Beizing and he wants to attend the meeting in the month of December, 2010. The petition has been supported by the photocopy of the letter of JING CHING INTERNATIONAL for obtaining the passport and for that No Objection Certificate from this Court is required. Therefore, by way of this application the petitioner has prayed for issuing No Objection Certificate.
