(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor for the State.

(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is ready to deposit a sum of Rs. 40,000/ - out of the total amount of cheque, which was of Rs. 86,000/ -.

(3.) IT is made clear that if the Petitioner fails to deposit Rs. 40,000/ - with the learned trial court, as directed above, the order of suspension of sentence shall stand cancelled.
