Rekha and their children, daughter Ms. Kshama aged 17 years and son Deepesh aged about 22 are present today. Mr. Roshan Lal Pagaria, father of respondent wife is also present in the Court today.
(2.) With the counselling by the Court and learned counsels, it appears to this Court that both the parties are ready and willing to live together as a family restoring back their matrimonial home and to put an end to the dispute between them and apprehension of the parties about interference in day to day affairs of this family by the parents of both the sides would be taken care of by directing that both the sides parents will not interfere in any manner in the day to day affairs of the family. It is directed accordingly.
(3.) Mr. Roshan Lal Pagaria, father of the respondent Wife and practicing advocate at Rajsamand, also further gave a bonafide undertaking before this court that he or his wife would not interfere with the affairs of the said family and they would not even visit them for about a year or so but only apprehension expressed by him in the Court is that the appellant husband, Shri Suresh Kumar, who is presently doing some business activity in Surat within the State of Gujarat will not keep the family with him, even though his son Deepesh is already working in Surat and residing with appellant husband Suresh Kumar and he also expressed his apprehension that even though respondent wife, Smt. Rekha and daughter Kshama may reside at village Gilund in a separate residential house, as undertaken by the appellant husband, Suresh Kumar, his parents living in a nearby house may interfere and may mentally harass his daughter Smt. Rekha, if the appellant husband does not keep the family together with him either at Surat or at village Gilund.
