JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the parties.

(2.) PETITIONER has preferred this writ petition contending therein that F.I.R. No. 624/2009 was registered at Police Station Nadbai, District Bharatpur, wherein initially Petitioner was not found accused, but on transfer of investigation of said FIR to C.I.D.(CB), Petitioner has unnecessarily been dragged and he is being implicated as an accused in the case, therefore, he submitted a representation dated 29.06.2011(Annexure -9) before the Director General of Police, Rajasthan, Jaipur to get the said FIR investigated from an officer of the level of Superintendent of Police, but No. heed was given to the said representation, therefore, present writ petition has been filed.

(3.) DURING the course of arguments, the learned Additional Government Counsel submitted that a direction can be given to the Director General of Police to consider the representation of Petitioner and pass necessary order thereon, in accordance with law.
