JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the parties.

(2.) LEARNED Counsel for Appellants does not press the bail application of accused -Appellant No. 3 Hari Singh S/o Bijendar Singh, hence, his application is dismissed as not pressed.

(3.) ACCORDINGLY , the bail application of Appellants Bijendar Singh and Smt. Rama Devi is allowed and it is, therefore, directed that sentence of imprisonment of Appellants Bijendar Singh S/o Chiddu Singh and Smt. Rama Devi W/o Bijender, passed by the District & Sessions Judge, Dholpur vide impugned judgment dated 21.08.2010 in Sessions Case No. 76/2009 shall remain suspended during the pendency of the appeal and they shall be released on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/ -(Rs. Fifty thousand) with two sureties of Rs. 25,000/ -(Rs. Twenty five thousand) each to the satisfaction of the trial Court to appear before this Court on 09.02.2011 and as and when they are called upon to do so.
