JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an intra court appeal filed by the writ petitioner of W.P. No.11269/2009 under Rule 134 of the Rajasthan High Court Rules against an order dated 25.10.2010 passed by Single Judge in aforementioned writ petition.

(2.) Facts of the case are these.

(3.) The appellant a student of engineering by means of filing the writ petition out of which this appeal arises sought a writ of mandamus for providing her an additional compassionate attempt to appear in examination of her one paper code No.EL of 5 th Semester, which was denied to her by the university and then by the Writ Court, which dismissed her writ petition giving rise to filing of this appeal.
