JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) CONVICT-petitioner has preferred this parole writ petition for grant of first parole of 20 days. The case of the petitioner was considered by District Parole Advisory Committee in its meeting dated 18.10.2011 and application of the petitioner was rejected on the ground that there is adverse report sent by concerned Superintendent of Police as well as District Probation and Social Welfare Officer.
