JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the appellant.

(2.) Plaintiff/appellant filed a suit for permanent injunction in respect of disputed property, which has been dismissed by the trial Court. Thereafter, appeal preferred by the plaintiff/appellant has also been dismissed by the First Appellate Court.

(3.) Issue Nos.1 and 2, framed in the case, are relating to question of facts and both the Courts below have recorded a concurrent finding of facts against the plaintiff.
