JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of second bail application filed under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure by Shri Manish Gupta, Advocate on behalf of the applicant Manohar Singh Budaniay, pertaining to F.I.R. No. 188/2010 of police station Kotwali, Jhunjhunu, registered for the offences under Section 420, 406 and 120 -B of IPC.

(2.) HEARD the learned Counsel for the Petitioner as also learned Public Prosecutor for the State and perused the material on record.

(3.) LEARNED Public Prosecutor appearing for the State has opposed the bail petition.
