JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an intra court appeal filed by the writ petitioner of W.P. No.368 of 2000 under Rule 134 of the Rajasthan High Court Rules against an order dated 19.02.2009 passed by Single Judge in aforementioned writ petition.

(2.) Facts of the case are these.

(3.) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act,( for short called the Act ) the State made an industrial reference to the labour court for deciding following dispute that had arisen between the appellant and the State.
