(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the Applicant and the learned Public Prosecutor.

(2.) LOOKING to the fact that the Petitioner is 70 years' old lady as per her arrest memo and the fact that allegations of demand of Rs. 30,000/ - soon before the death of Smt. Mamta, are against her husband; and that too for the purposes of construction of house, this Court is inclined to accept this bail application.
