DR. SAFDAR HUSSAIN Vs. SUNJAY MALHOTRA AND ORS.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) WHILE accepting the SBCWP No. 4490/93 on 02.8.2005, this Court set aside the order dated 23.8.1993, passed by Dy. Secretary to the Government of Rajasthan and also declared the Petitioner entitled for all consequential benefits.

(2.) ALLEGING non compliance of the directions given, this contempt petition was filed.

(3.) IN view of the statement so given, this contempt petition is dismissed. The Petitioner shall be at liberty to agitate his cause, if any, yet survives.
