JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the applicant as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. The applicant is accused of offence under Sections 376(2)(G) of IPC.

(2.) LEARNED Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed this bail application.

(3.) ACCORDINGLY , this bail application is allowed and it is directed that applicant - Anil S/o Sultan shall be released on bail in FIR No. 57/2011, Police Station Lalgarh, District Sri Ganganagar provided he executes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 40,000/along with two sureties of Rs. 20,000/ - each, to the satisfaction of the learned trial court on usual conditions and he shall appear before the trial court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial.
