SURESH Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN AND ANR.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) AGGRIEVED by the investigation done in FIR No. 39/2011 registered at Police Station Udaipurwati, District Jhunjhunu for offence under Section 376 IPC, the Petitioner has approached this Court.

(2.) MR . Sunil Kumar Singodiya, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, has made an extremely limited prayed that the Petitioner be permitted to place the documents which are in his favour before the Investigating Officer and direction should be issued to consider these documents to decide whether prima facie case is made against the Petitioner or not.

(3.) WITH these observations, this petition is, hereby, disposed off.
