JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

This writ petition is directed against ad-interim order granted by the learned courts vide Annex-4 order dated 24.05.2011 and Annex-5 order dated 07.06.2009 in a suit for cancellation of sale deed filed by the daughters against the brothers for seeking cancellation of sale deed/s executed by them in favour of defendants No. 7 to 14. The courts below have granted ad-interim order in favour of plaintiffs that the defendants No. 1 to 6 will not alienate the suit property of Khasra No.37/540 to any third party.

Learned counsel for the petitioners-plaintiffs urged that despite noticing the fact that the defendants No. 1 to 6 had already alienated the the agriculture land in favour of defendants No. 7 to 14, this ad-interim order does not enure to the benefit of the plaintiffs at all. Therefore, till the disposal of temporary injunction application, the defendants No. 7 to 14 should be now restrained from further alienating the suit property in question.
