JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for appellant.

(2.) Plaintiffs'/respondents' suit for permanent injunction in respect of disputed property was partly decreed by the trial Court and defendants/appellant were restrained from interferring in respect of disputed property. The finding of the trial Court has been affirmed by the First Appellate Court while dismissing first appeal of defendant No.2. Hence, defendant No.2 has now preferred this second appeal.

(3.) Controversial issues involved in the present case are relating to question of facts and there is concurrent finding of facts by both the Courts Below. Second appeal can be entertained only on substantial question of law, which, in my view, is not involved in this second appeal. Hence, it is dismissed in limine.
