JUDGEMENT

This order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Mr. Alok Sharma Advocate on behalf of accused petitioner Rajesh Goyal against the order dated 21.1.2011 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, No. 8, Jaipur Metropolitan in a case under Section 9 of the Central Excise Act, 1944.
