JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN pursuant to the order dated 12.5.2011 Shri Prem Singh Mehra, Registrar Co -operative Societies is present in Court.

(2.) IT is stated by Mr. G.R. Punia, learned Additional Advocate General that in the corrigendum dated 25.5.2011, condition No. 2 appearing in the order dated 06.5.2011 has already been withdrawn. It is stated that the condition aforesaid was mentioned in the order concerned in view of the policy framed by the state Government. An unconditional apology is also tendered on behalf of the Respondent for making condition No. 2 in the order dated 06.5.2011.
