JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

(2.) This writ petition is directed against the concurrent rejection of temporary injunction application of the plaintiffspetitioners by the learned courts below in a suit for injunction filed by the petitioners-plaintiffs. The suit was filed in the year 2005.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners-plaintiffs submits that the petitioners purchased a piece of agriculture land in Khasra No.376, which however was re-numbered as 904 and, therefore, the learned courts below have erred in rejecting the application for temporary under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC in respect of Khasra No.904.
