JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent.

(2.) By this transfer petition, the petitioner-wife has sought transfer of proceedings in Civil Misc. Case No.122/2010 (Sushil Kumar Vs. Minal) pending before learned District Judge, Pali to the court of learned District Judge, Sirohi.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner-wife submits that there are two other proceedings against the respondent-husband are pending at Sirohi, and the respondent-husband has filed the application under Section 11 & 27 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for declaring the marriage as null, void-ab-inito just to harass her whereas the petitioner-wife is living at Sirohi with her parents.
