(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) BY this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order-dated 10.09.2009 (Annexure/6) passed by the Chairman, Permanent Lok Adalat, Tonk (respondent No.5) whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 22 (C) of Legal Services Authority Act, 1987 has been rejected.

(3.) HENCE, no interference is called for and the writ petition is dismissed.
