JUDGEMENT

(1.) BY this writ petition, the Petitioner is claiming second regular parole as per provision of Rajasthan Prisoners Release on Parole Rules, 1958 (for short 'the Rules of 1958' hereinafter). It is submitted that before approaching this Court, the Petitioner has not submitted any application to the competent authorities under the Rules of 1958.

(2.) THE parole writ petition is disposed of by directing the Respondents to consider the instant application as an application preferred by the Petitioner under the Rules of 1958 seeking parole for thirty days. The application is required to be considered and disposed of by the competent authority within a period of one month from today.
