THIS revision petition has been filed by the accused petitioner against the judgment and order dated 18.6.2001 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge No. 2, Jodhpur in Criminal Appeal No. 13/2001 by which he dismissed the appeal of the accused petitioner and confirmed the judgment and order dated 8.1.2001 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pipar City in Criminal Case No. 168/91 whereby the learned Judicial Magistrate convicted the accused petitioner for the offence Under Sections 279, 337 and 304 -A IPC and sentenced in the following manner: <FRM>JUDGEMENT_1158_TLRAJ0_2001.htm</FRM> All the above substantive sentences were ordered to run concurrently.
