JUDGEMENT

(1.) The abovenamed accused-appellant has preferred this appeal against the judgment and order dated 26-11-1999 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge. Rajsamand in Sessions Case No. 53/98 by which he convicted the accused-appellant for the offence under Section 376, I.P.C. and sentenced him to undergo ten years' rigorous imprisonment and to pay fine of Rs. 2000/-, in default of payment of fine, to further undergo six months' SI.
