JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is against the order passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Jodhpur, under Sec. 125 of the Code Criminal Procedure as such in view of the provisions of the Act i.e. Sec. 10 and 18, the appeal filed in criminal side cannot be said to be erroneous. The office objection is overruled. Office shall proceed. Objection overruled.
