JUDGEMENT

(1.) MOOL Chand petitioner has invoked inherent jurisdiction of this Court by way of an application under sec 482, Cr. P. C. for quashing the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Sikar, dated July 19, 1978, so far as it relates to issuance of a notice to the petitioner to show cause why he should not be ordered to pay compensation to the accused non-petitioners under section 250 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
