THIS is an appeal by one Kartar Singh brought against the judgment of the Sessions Judge, Ganganagar, convicting him of an offence under sec. 304 Part I, Indian Penal Code and sentencing him to 8 years rigorous imprisonment together with a fine of Rs. 50/-, in default three months rigorous imprisonment.
