JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant application for Suspension of Sentence under Section 389 Cr.P.C. has been preferred on behalf of appellantapplicant Suresh son of kalu, who has been convicted and sentenced for the offence under Section 302 IPC vide the Judgment dated 24.12.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge No.1, Nimbahera, Camp Badi Sadari, District Chittorgarh in Sessions Case No.35/2015.

(2.) Learned Public Prosecutor has chosen not to file reply to the application for suspension of sentence and proposed to argue the matter orally.

(3.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
