JUDGEMENT

(1.) Defects pointed out by the Registry in S.B. Criminal Misc. Application No.169/2020 are waived.

(2.) Petitioner has filed an application for taking amended subject matter on record and removing the typographical error from order dated 03.07.2020.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that in the impugned order dated 03.07.2020, in Para 1 'Juvenile Justice Board, Ajmer, District Dausa' has been typed whereas it should have been 'Juvenile Justice Board, Ajmer, District Ajmer'.
