RAMNIWAS Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No. 475/2019 registered at Police Station Shiprapath, District Jaipur for the offence(s) under Section(s) 420, 406 and 120B IPC .

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner through Jitsi Meet.

(3.) It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2019, the charge sheet has been filed and the offences are triable by Magistrate. He further submits that there are three other criminal cases against the petitioner of similar nature out of which in two criminal cases, he has already been enlarged on bail. With regard to remaining criminal cases arising out of FIR No. 469/2019, Police Station Shiprapath, Jaipur, he submits that similarly situated co-accused persons namely Ravi @ Robin and Aman have already been enlarged on bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. He submits that in these circumstances, he be extended the benefit of bail.
