RAMOTAR Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.56/2020 was registered at Police Station Chouth Ka Barwada, District Sawai Madhopur for offence under Sections 147, 148, 323, 341, 447 I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that there is cross F.I.R. Dispute took place on the road when the vehicle was not permitted to pass. It is also contended that petitioner himself sustained injuries, including a grievous injury. The allegation against the petitioner is of causing one blow on head. It is also contended that charge-sheet has been filed. Conclusion of trial will take time.
