JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this second bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.414/2019 was registered at Police Station Khandela, District Sikar for offence under Sections 420, 489A, 489B, 489C and 489D of I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that charge-sheet has been filed and similarly situated co-accused have been enlarged on bail.
