RAMKESH Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Since the controversy involved in this batch of Criminal Misc. Petitions is similar, therefore, the same are being heard together. The petitioners in these Criminal Misc. Petitions have prayed for release of their tractor trolley which have been seized by concerned Police Station.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the facts of the cases are covered by the judgment passed in SB Criminal Misc. Petition No.2723/2019, Asharam Vs. State of Rajasthan decided on 03.02.2020.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor does not dispute this.
