HAIDER Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.16/2020 was registered at Police Station Kotwali, Tonk for offence under Sections 307 , 323 , 506 , 382 , 34 of I.P.C. later on challan filed under Section 323 , 324 , 326 , 307 / 34 , 506 , 384 IPC and under Section 4 / 25 of Arms Act.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that charge- sheet has been filed. None of the injuries is dangerous to life.
