JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel forthe parties through Video Conferencing.

(2.) The matter comes on the miscellaneous application filed by learned counsel for the petitioner for extension of time to decide the criminal proceedings.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court while deciding S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1145 Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court while deciding S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.11459/2009 vide order dated 05.04.2019 had given directions to the Special Judge Session Court, Anti-Corruption Act No. 1, Jaipur to decide and conclude the proceedings against the petitioner in expeditious manner but in no case later than one year from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
