JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned Public Prosecutor.

(2.) The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, has been filed in connection with FIR No.571/2019 registered at Police Station Sadar Hindaun, District Karauli for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 325, 447, 307 and 302 IPC read with Section 3(1)(r)(s)(g) (f), 3(2)(va), 3(2)(v) of the SC/ ST Act .

(3.) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that there are cross FIRs with regard to the same incident and the complainants were the aggressors and the injuries have been caused on the appellants also and other members of the family. FIR under Sections 147 , 148 , 447 and 307 IPC was filed by the accused appellants as against the complainant. Learned counsel submits that the charge-sheet has already been filed and the allegations as against the accused appellants is of having beaten to Vishambhar by a Pati (wood) on the leg.
