(1.) Defects are overruled.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Bharat Saini, Addl.GC through video conferencing as well as Mr.Shyam Prakash Sharma, Dy.GC, present in the Court.

(3.) The instant writ petition has been filed by father of victim girl for seeking a direction for granting permission for termination of pregnancy.
