JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners through Video Conferencing.

(2.) The defects pointed out by the Office are waived at this stage. However, learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove the defects, immediately after regular functioning of the Court.

(3.) This bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No. 197/2020 registered at Police Station Ramgarh, District Alwar for offences punishable under Sections 323 , 341 , 324 , 325 , 427 and 308 / 34 of IPC.
