SWAROOP Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant criminal misc. petition has been filed by petitioners herein seeking quashing of FIR No.164/2015, Police Station Mahila Thana Jodhpur (West), Jodhpur, for the offences under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC.

(2.) While entertaining the instant misc. petition, by order dated 05.11.2015, this Court had restrained coercive action against the accused-petitioners in connection with the impugned FIR.

(3.) It is a well settled principle of jurisprudence that "an order of no coercive action" can in no manner be construed to mean that there is stay on the investigation or proceedings.
