JUDGEMENT

(1.) These bail applications have been filed under Section 439 CrPC in connection with FIR No.361/2019 registered at Police Station Chiksana, District Bharatpur for the offences under Section 420 , 406 , 120B , 328 and 380 IPC.

(2.) Counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegations levelled against the petitioners and other co-accused, who have been released on bail, are identical in nature. The recoveries made against the petitioners are of Rs.2,00,000/- and Rs.5,00,000/- respectively. Charge sheet has already been filed and trial is likely to take time.

(3.) Learned PP opposes the bail application.
